Where:
I = Island Number (1 digit)
     1 – Honolulu County
     2 – Maui County
     3 – Hawai’i County
     4 – Kauai County
Z = Zone Number (1 digit)
S = Section Number (1 digit)
PPP = Plat Number (3 digits)
ppp = Parcel Number (3 digits)

Make sure to add leading zeros to the Plat and/or Parcel Numbers if they contain less than 3 digits!
